Review Ganjang Gejang Jeju - Soy Sauce Marinated Crab/Raw Crab in Soy Sauce
Without any plan the next day, we woke up to enjoy breakfast at hotel before shopping at Lotte Duty Free Mall Jeju nearby. Soon it was time for lunch and I quickly searched for nearby restaurants.
Not exactly near as we had to walk about 15 minutes from the mall to reach this restaurant selling BBQ meat and marinated crabs. Apparently this is where the local people go and eat, and they serve the one of the best raw crab marinated with soy sauce in Jeju.
Maybe it was the cold weather or maybe the food next table looked absolutely delicious, everyone was famished right away.
Ordered a portion of Korean beef for the sonny who proceed to polish everything himself (with nod of approval), while the black pork meat were also delicious enough for the princesses.
As for us, we had the soy sauce marinated roe crab and prawns which were so fresh. The bowl of white rice (and seaweed) proved irresistible to mix with both crab and prawns. Premium pricing but worth every penny paid.
